What an active start to the night again!
As soon as I start drifting off to sleep, light and pleasant vibrations catch my attention, so I go along with them — or rather, I try to follow them all the way to the next stage… a stage I still haven’t crossed this night, though I wasn’t far from it.
With time (only about ten days since these experiences began), I’m learning to recognize the stages that can lead to an out-of-body experience (OBE). I try to move through them with detachment, as a neutral observer, but I’m probably still not detached enough, which is why the experience keeps cutting short.
I keep having this sense that I can quickly restart the vibrations when they fade. A physical rocking motion of my feet — felt like gentle swaying — brings me back into the vibratory state. Moving my feet doesn’t wake up my whole body; I only feel my feet during the relaunch attempt. As soon as the vibrations return, that physical sensation disappears.
Once the vibrations come back, I follow them for a few seconds, then images start appearing… These images often pull my attention back, and it’s back to square one.
Last night, at one point, I managed to get past the images stage. I observed them without reacting, and then I flirted with the next stage — maybe the final one before a full OBE — where I felt a very slight upward movement of my body (astral body?). It was so subtle… This sensation immediately caught my attention again, and once more, back to zero.
That was the beginning of my night. I deliberately restarted the vibratory state several times on purpose, to test, understand, and learn the process, until I got too tired and simply let myself fall asleep.
