Rather than enduring one or two hours of spontaneous vibrational states, I decided to take the initiative and trigger one voluntarily.
So, before going to bed, I listened again to Karine Nahkag’s video (https://youtu.be/GnpxoFu33Ks), where she explains a technique. It’s the same one I used on June 11, 2026, during my very first experience.
Barely 10 minutes after lying down, a vibrational state began. I didn’t manage to exit, but I noticed the sensations were much more intense — both the buzzing and the vibrations — than during the many experiences I’d had over the previous days.
The reason? Probably because I was lying on my back?
Why can I trigger the vibrational state, feel it fully, and “ride the wave,” but still not manage to get out? Good question ;-)
The intention is definitely there, but maybe I’m just not detached enough yet? After all, even though I’m 52, I’m still a very new experiencer (this was only my 15th experience since June 11, 2026) ;-)
I managed to trigger the vibrational state another 2–3 times in the hour that followed, before eventually falling asleep.
