I was able to experience 2-3 spontaneous vibrational states when going to bed. I let them pass, as the fatigue was too strong (it had been a very active day).

I have the feeling that when we fall asleep, the brain waves change and slow down, and at a very specific moment (around the Theta wave stage?), the vibrational state automatically kicks in. If consciousness is sufficiently alert at that exact moment, it becomes possible to find the way out of the body. Otherwise, we simply fall straight into sleep. This isn’t based on anything scientific on my part — it’s just an intuition.
