Saturday, July 4th was a busy day, with an outing to the Glénans, hiking and kayaking on the program.So I went to bed around 11:30 PM, really really tired, and fell asleep very quickly.

Around 2:30 in the morning, strong vibrations in my legs woke me up. They actually surprised me.I preferred to stop them rather than receive them because I was frankly too tired.

I stayed in bed until 11:30 this morning — and yes, it’s rare, I must have had a lot of sleep to catch up on.

I felt some vibrational states in the morning before getting up, mainly in my head, but again, I didn’t take advantage of them, preferring to be in good shape — fresh and ready — for the next ones to come.
