The sensations seem to refine over time when it comes to entering the vibrational state.
It seems to activate automatically as the hypnagogic images and scenes begin to appear while I’m descending into sleep — whether that’s at bedtime in the evening, early in the morning (WBTB), or during my deep relaxation session in the afternoon.
The vibrations rise gently and remain particularly pleasant. However, for now I no longer reach the out-of-body movement phase like I did in my first experiences.
I have to admit I’m quite tired after these incredible 8 days, both psychologically and physically.
Psychologically, because I didn’t expect to have OBE experiences, even if they’re still incomplete right now.
And physically, because losing control over one’s own body through the vibrations, the buzzing, the floating sensations, and the accumulating sleep deprivation over the nights is no small thing.
