Two more hours of vibrations, 10–15 minutes after going to bed. Still no exit, but I took the opportunity to analyze how much body position affects the experience of the vibratory state.

Since I have trouble staying flat on my back for too long, I quickly roll onto my left side… and then onto my stomach to fall asleep.

The vibratory state usually kicks in as soon as I turn onto my left side or onto my stomach. The problem with both of these positions is that breathing becomes more restricted and there’s greater pressure on the left shoulder and rib cage compared to lying on my back. As a result, breathing feels more difficult, and the weight of the body pressing down doesn’t help the physical body relax into sleep (see the chapter “Body Position”).

In these two positions, the vibratory states come on quickly and one after another (helped by gently rocking my feet).Last night, unable to fall asleep (mainly because of the intense June heat), I ran a few tests by lying on my back but slightly tilted to one side with the help of a pillow. I noticed that this position felt much more comfortable, but above all, the vibrations were significantly stronger, as was the buzzing in my ears. The intensity of the vibratory state in this position was close to that of the very first one on June 11, 2026.

So, over the next few days, I’m going to adopt the semi-reclined position on my back to test whether this observation holds up.
