Strange night, or rather phases of falling asleep.5–10 minutes after lying down, I experienced numerous spontaneous vibrational states—maybe 5 or 6, it’s hard to say.
During the first one, I had the sensation of leaving my body and floating. I was in the dark. I tried to move my hands, but then I snapped back into the physical state. My real hands were moving.
During the second one, I tried to fully experience each stage. The vibrations were gentle but very short. I felt a sense of rushing, driven by the fear of running out of time. That’s a crucial point I need to work on, I think. I believe I exited and “landed” near my plants in the bathroom (my main intention for an out-of-body experience)… But once again I was in the dark—I could only make out the shadows of the plants… Or was I just imagining them? I tried to move and see more clearly, but nothing happened - quick return to the physical body. The following spontaneous vibrational states were very short and abrupt, jolting me awake just as I was drifting off.
Observation: For the past two nights, I’ve noticed that swinging my feet from side to side (right to left) seems to trigger entry into the vibrational state much more quickly.I’ve always moved my feet in the evening to help myself fall asleep… It’s probably a kind of rocking motion that brings my physical body into a state of deep relaxation.
